I’m so gratified that the OPC Foundation has been able to keep rolling during the pandemic. We feared we might not receive any applications for our awards or that the quality would be so poor that we might have to take a year off. But 125 college students applied and a panel of judges (thanks to all of them!) were able to pick 17 winners.
